Michelle and Richard. A social worker, idea generator and a full time stay at home dad and homemaker. We’re just like you, parents trying to do the best for our kids and ourselves. Trying to navigate our family through this crazy world of what’s good for you, what’s bad for you, what we should eat, what we should put in our bodies.

Pure Essential Family was started because navigating this messy world can be hard, and after going through some health issues we needed to make sure our family had healthy bodies, healthy minds, and healthy hearts.
